The Sinner’s Prayer
If you have never asked Jesus to forgive you of your sins or feel you have forsaken God in your heart, now is the time to be redeemed. Don’t wait for tomorrow, don’t mind what your friends will think. Jesus loves you and died on the cross for YOU. If you were the only person on Earth he would still have died for you, that is how much He loves you. John 14:6 says I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Your good works aren’t enough to get you to Heaven; your family can not pray you into Heaven. The only way to get to Heaven is by the innocent blood that Jesus shed on the cross and your willingness to accept the fact that you are a sinner, on the way to an eternity in Hell and a total separation of the love of Jesus Christ. If you believe this, please pray this simple prayer:
Father I know that I am a sinner and with out your forgiveness I will spend all of eternity in Hell. I believe that your Son Jesus came to Earth in human form and died for my sins and rose again 3 days later. Lord I now repent of all my sins and ask that your holy spirit dwells with in me and that you change my life for you.
If you prayed this in your heart then please let someone know. It can be your family or a friend; you can also call WGGS at 1.800.849.3683 or simply send us an email. Matthew 10:32 says: Whoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in Heaven, but in the next verse Jesus says Whoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in Heaven. Please let someone know. If you have any questions about your new life as a born again Christian, please download our First Steps booklet and find a Bible-believing church to attend. Next to the Word of God, good Christian friends are perhaps the greatest means of encouragement for new believers.
